Hi, all. I've been off the boards for almost a year now and it feels really good to be back! ((Hugs)) My oldest daughter (senior next school year) desires to pursue an online AP US HISTORY course. There are several to many options to consider. Can you recommend one over the other?! Help. :-}

We are deciding on AP online classes also -- leaning towards this one:

Any info or advice would also be appreciated. :lurk5:

That, too, is the one I'm leaning towards..... :001_smile: Do you have any idea when these courses typically start/stop monthwise?

No... I am thinking of starting my (next Fall) 10th grader with the AP Human Geography to see how he does as a first step. Got an email from the course instructor today but no info on dates/times yet. It is a bit confusing. ;)

We are also planning on APUSH through PA homeschoolers next year. I'm not sure which section, either. From reading the student reviews, it appears that the classes are run somewhat differently.

DD is currently taking AP EURO through PA AP. The class started in late August, although there was a significant reading assignment over the summer. I think the coursework ends at the end of March so they can study for the entire month of April. Then the test is the first week of May.
