The day before Easter and local kids on our street make a SNOW Easter Bunny in their front yard! With two long snow ears! (This was a very sticky snow- excellent for snowmen etc.)

My folks back in S. Ca are taunting me with reports of over 80 degrees. GRRRRR

The we all got the tummy flu...then the regular flu...and only TODAY have i Finally been able to make donuts! (after finding where hubby had hidden the thermometer with his beer-making stuff). I amde two batches of donuts and they are GREAT!!! and I can feel my pants getting tighter and tighter...

Well, just remember that it's not all paradise here in the land of "fruits and nuts." We have earthquakes, wild fires and out of touch judges attemtping to squash homeschoolers rights. I do feel for you back there though...but I gotta go now...my boys want me to join them in the pool :coolgleamA:

I understand your pain. My sister called and said their family is plaing in the outside pool in South Carolina. They are on vacation there. We only have about 2-3 inches of snow but, yuck :glare:

I got your PM, but I'm too dazed at the moment to reply. We not only have at least 6 inches of snow on the ground, I have what seems to be the flu. Ds and dh had it yesterday - not the way I wanted to spend the first day of our spring break:sad:

I'm telling you... you'all need to move on down south. It was sunny and 72 today in Atlanta. If you can handle a few spring tornados and the occasional winter ice storm, this is the place to be.

My dad did the same thing. He was going on and on about how he was doing yard work all weekend. He's in L.A. county.
