I haven't kept up with popular music since, like, the 80's! I can only listen to some things so much, I guess.
I really don't care for Country music, but secular or Christian (I love Toby Mac's Portable Sounds!!!) is fine.
This is for trampolining, so it needs to be really energetic and BOUNCY. Got any suggestions?
Thanks!!

Don't laugh, I am serious about this. Prince. I know, I know. But, the music from some of his old stuff is great for working out to. I made up a wonderful aerobics routine in high school to some of his songs. The teacher made me lead the aerobics section of the workout from then on.
Let's Go Crazy was a good one, for example
I Would Die 4 U
These both have music that is really steady with the beat, but nice and fast too. If the words don't offend/drive you crazy, then the music from these are great. And others from those same groups.

Since I am an eighties girl! I would never tolerate the same lyrics from, say, Brittany Spears.
I know, I am such a hypocrite! What's that they say about the devil you know...:D
Thanks!

iTunes has free podcasts that you can download. Even if you done have an iPod you can burn them to a disk. A number of the w/o ones are very good.
