Ink for the printer

any tips on getting good deals on printer ink?:mad: I am so frustrated. I just tried to get one refilled and it didn't work right. DH is taking it back for me. At Staples they are $40!

I've given up on using the store brand and I've never tried to do refills. ( I guess the store brands actually are refills)

I find the name brand always works best - I guess just check for sales and stock up at the sale price. Warehouse club prices should be better as well.

I have had refills done at Office Depot and it worked fine. I did notice in Sam's that their prices were much cheaper for name brand ink. I ended up ditching the inkjet printer for all but a couple of tasks and have bought a HP1006 laser printer. It is so much cheaper for general printing to use a laser. Mine is not color, but it does the job for most things.
