He has completed the online Dance Mat Typing (http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/typing/)program, so he is familiar with the keyboard.

The kids one is more of a game where they go around a island completing typing task to move onto the next area of the island. My kids love it.

We still haven't got around to using Deluxe yet. Well DD did, but she says she like the kids one better. It is more fun.

My vote: The one for kids. :)

My children have always used Typing Instructor Deluxe.

Even though your child knows the keyboard, this program will allow him to take off at the level he is currently typing. That is the beauty of this program!
