I'm trying to plot out our schedule.

My ds used TT Algebra 2. It varied as to how much time a lesson took. I would say that the viewing of the lecture and all practice problems would take up to 30 minutes or so. Then it took my ds up to an hour or 1 1/2 hr. to do all of the homework. Sometimes I would let him do only the odds or evens since the work took too long. If he missed a high number of problems, then he would go back and work the problems not done.

DD is using TT Geometry. She's says an hour. She hasn't had to use the CDs for the lessons. She says explanations in the book are clear enough. The only time she uses the CDs is when she can't figure out a problem and she's hardly had to do this.
It'll be interesting to see if DS, who will use it next, will have same experience. He's not inclined math-wise.

Yikes. I guess we've hit the point where school isn't going to fit into a nice four hour morning anymore.

Took my son five-10 minutes for TT Pre Algebra... (he didn't view the video). That's one of the reasons we switched to Videotext...

Wow again. That's a pretty big contrast. Perhaps I should simply time him doing a lesson.
