Study guides or teaching helps for Paul Johnson's history books?

Does anyone know of any study guides or teaching helps for Paul Johnson's A History of the American People and/or Modern Times? I saw in an old post where Tina in Ouray had an outline she used and was willing to email to people. I emailed her earlier in the school year but didn't hear back. It doesn't look like she's been active on the forum for a while.
