I have seen the one posted that takes just one semester, but I'm hoping someone has a full year, two semester schedule that they wouldn't mind sharing.
Thanks!

Schedule? :001_huh: We're just doing the next thing. :001_smile: We do the lesson together, my 9th and 10th graders do the "It's Your Turn to Play", then they trade notebooks and grade each other's work. We work through any problems they didn't get during the next day's lesson time.

I would love to just do the next thing, however, my son is having to finish up geometry and algebra II at the same time, and only has a little over a year to do so. (He's half-way through his jr. year.) He was behind to begin with, especially in math, and then he screwed around and blew off his sophomore year. I really need to have it scheduled, or it just won't get done. (Especially since I have 6 other kids, two of whom are learning English, and one is severe special needs.)
Thanks,
Dana

Why is it you need to do both maths all year instead of Geometry in one semester & Alg 2 the next?

I just scheduled it so it's one "your turn to play" or 2 cities each day. (The 2 cities a day is a hold over from beginning algebra.) I only record grades in the book when there are 10 or more problems together. (So if there are 3 problems one day, 2 problems the next and then 7 problems the third day, it's all one grade in the book.

I could copy it out for you, but I'm in FL and the schedule is in NC. I think it worked out to 108 days of geometry. She had to finish beginning algebra this year and now she will finish geometry before our school days are over.

I don't have a schedule, but Mr Schmidt told me that it was a full curriculum and a year would be reasonable. We haven't reached geometry yet, but I tend to just add up lessons/exercises and divide by the number of days in our year.
