My 6 yr old is a history reader extraordinaire. He reads the Usborne World History Encyclopedia daily, for fun.
I remember very little about the mention of the Horrible books from before. What ages/reading levels would they be appropriate for? My little guy can read anything, but I want to make sure it is not way too mature for him.
Any particular ones you can recommend as well?
thanks!

My 7.5 yo daughter enjoys both them and the Horrible Science books quite a lot

My 6yo loves Horrible/Murderous anything. The books are gory in a cartoonish way (literally), but they are probably too much for sensitive children.

My boys love the Horrible History books. The bloody Tudors seem to be a favorite of theirs. ;) For Christmas I got them the Horrible Histories DVD from Amazon.UK--all 26 episodes.:001_huh:

Great! Thanks! I think he will really enjoy them. I was unsure of the ages for which they might be targeting. He loves cartoon books and history. The combination just might send him over the moon!
