This is a 3rd generation (the newest one) iPod Nano. These have the video. It is an 8gb and it's black.
The Nano screen has some minor scuffing, and the back of the Nano has a good many scuff marks all over it from normal wear. The hard plastic case has been covering it (and it covers the screen as well) since a few weeks after purchase. The case is pretty scuffed up, but it does protect the Nano.
