I have one of these MP3 players and was working fine until recently.
I cannot get the computer to even acknowledge that my player is hooked up except for a little noise the computer makes.
When I have media player open and click on the file or song I want to download I send it to synch and it looks like it is "synch" ing but just loads and loads and never finishes.
also, I can't access what files are on my mp3 from media player. It's like the mp3 and the computer aren't talking. Any ideas? I've checked and rechecked the connection of cables, and it makes the sound and halfway acknowledges...and I tried a new battery AND I deleted everything on the player manually so there's tons of room.
