How does this Easter menu look? Also looking for sweet potato recipe

I am hosting Easter for dh's side of the family this year. We will have 17 people (9 adults, 8 kids). How does this menu look? Am I missing anything? I also have a few recipe questions.

Turkey
stuffing
mashed potatos (how many do I need for 17 people?)
gravy
sweet potato casserole
broccoli casserole
rolls
corn
jello salad
taffy apple salad
dessert (pie & ?) I'm looking for suggestions here

I'm also looking for a certain recipe for the sweet potato casserole. I asked for recipes around Thanksgiving. I used one that someone suggested here but now I can't find it. It had a topping that included brown sugar and pecans.

some ham - even already cooked and sliced, just to warm up? Doesn't feel like Easter w/o ham or lamb. Otherwise sounds good.
