I'm so excited b/c today dh, dc, and I are going to The Woodlands in Houston today for a mini-spring-break! It's just 1.5 hours from where we live so it's not so taxing on us. We are going to stay at the conference and resort center there, and it is soooo beautiful. I'm so excited to take a couple of days off of school. However, we are bringing our tree and insect guides for when we go on a trail walk. We are going out to eat for every meal- Yippee! That means no chicken nuggets, pb & j sandwiches, or cereal for 3 days!!!! Dh says he's going to take me to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert at 11:00 pm- just b/c we can! We usually go every year here for concerts at their pavilion, but this time it's just to relax and do nothing. I'll be thinking about you all, and I'll eat a little extra just for y'all!
