Color Laser Printer

I've been going through a ton of ink since beginning to use TOG. Actually, I recently misplaced my Loom CD, so we've been doing less printing. LOL I really need to find that thing.

It appears as though we may spend less money if we purchase a color laser printer. Does anyone have recommendations? I'd like it to duplex, but would also like to keep it under $300. Less would be even better. LOL

Maybe someone else will have a recommendation, but I just haven't seen a home-use duplex laser printer that really does well. The only ones I've used that seemed reliable were big network-type ones. It's a matter of having heavy hardware to turn the pages :001_smile:.

You can easily get a decent HP or Canon color laser for under $300 though. I'm hoping for a color laser multifunction one of these days to replace my ink jet multifunction, but we own four printers and I can't justify buying another one. One of our lasers (we have 3 B/W ones) is 15 years old BTW. It's just slow...

Yes, after some investigation, it appears as though you are correct.

I'd love some recommendations on good lasers, though. My dh agreed to let me start looking.
