WTB: IEW Combo Pack (TWSS & SWI - A)

I am looking for a complete set to get started with IEW. I would love to find the combination package that includes Teaching Writing: Structure and Style (TWSS), Tips and Tricks DVD and Student Writing Intensive (SWI). The set comes with 2 sets of DVDs (one for the teacher, one for the student), TWSS Seminar Workbook, and Student Notebook.
