I would really love to have a unit study or some type of support for studying science historically, with scientists biographies, etc. We're already doing this with TOG to a certain extent.

I already know about the Learning Resources kit for Famous Experiments (http://www.amazon.com/Learning-Resources-Spotlight-Science-Experiments/dp/B00004WKTF)

Thanks in advance

I found this book (http://www.amazon.com/Usborne-Book-Scientists-Archimedes-Einstein/dp/0590621807/) used, but I haven't scheduled anything comprehensive around it. It is in chronological order (mostly) and is chock-full of short biographies.
