These are easy-to-use, fun kits for grammar-stage children. More than a year's worth of activities and lessons here. Activity guides ask the student to record predictions, make observations, draw diagrams, record results.
They sell new for $39 each.
Flight! Gliders to Jets
-comes with 1 Activity Guide and 2 Activity Journals, no writing
-enough kit materials to do all activities, many unused, with the
exception of a large piece of plastic(part of a garbage bag would do)
Animal Observatory
-comes with 1 Activity Guide and 2 Activity Journals, first 3 lessons
were done in pencil and erased
-none of the kit materials have been used
-gravel came with the kit, but this is the only kit-included item you will
need to replace
-you will need access to mammals(any furry pet works), birds(in your
yard), insects(ants,spiders,etc.), fish(catch or buy guppies), snails,
and worms-you will also need a large jar or aquarium for this one
Smell, Taste, Touch
-comes with 1 Activity Guide and 3 Activity Journals, no writing
-kit-included items which you will need to replace are salt, sugar, tea
bags, lemon juice, ketchup, mayo, mustard
Magnet Magic
-kit comes with 1 Activity Guide and 1 Activity Journal, no writing
-kit-included items which you will need to replace are paper clips and
magnetism test items(paper clip, crayon, brad, ball, and other
small magnetic and non-magnetic items)
Seed Mysteries
-I do not have a clean copy of the Activity Journal. I will send a used guide, which you can use to make your own. Activity guide included.
-kit is missing a permanent black marker and 4 clear plastic cups. I will include what we have left of the seeds, but you will probably want to buy new(lima beans, radish seeds, nasturium seeds, marigold seeds, pea seeds, and grass seeds).
All of the above plus Young Scientist Club Kit #26/Static Electricity, unused.
All of the kits come in large, heavy plastic bags, except for Magnet Magic, which comes in a plastic box. Be aware that all kits require you to add some common household items like celery, pencils, rulers, soap, etc. These were not included in the kits.
$80 includes shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation.
