I am feeding church volunteers tomorrow night and want to make a big pasta salad with vegies (could have deli and cheese too).
It has to be hearty, easy, cheap, and of course yum.
Anyone have a recipe to share?
Thanks.

I just toss tri color rotini with veggies like red pepper, red onion, olives, artichoke hearts, cucumber, sometimes broccoli with Italian dressing. Ken's 3 cheese Italian or Bernstein's Cheese fantastico.
I also add shredded chicken when it is a meal rather than a side.

Ditto what she said. I add in fresh mushrooms and thin-sliced hard salami cut in lite sized pieces. It's surprising how just a little of several thigns seems to add up to a LOT when it's done :)

Cold tri-color pasta. Add chick peas, marinated artichoke hearts, sliced roasted red peppers, black olives, green olives, small chunks of provolone cheese. Add a cruet of Good Seasons salad dressing.
Now I'm craving pasta salad!!!
