In the interest of full disclosure, those who supported me yesterday need to know that I did *not* valiantly plug my ears against the siren call of the cookies in my freezer. I tried. I failed. But the good news is that my freezer is now clear of cookies! :D And last night I had a big ol' burger with two slices of bread, and Miracle Whip (how I missed you, dear Miracle Whip!) And it felt gooooood.

Today, I'm starting again on the narrow path. I'm optimistic. And I'm looking into that accountability group, too, LOL.

Thanks again for your words yesterday. They didn't save me, but they did make me feel better. That's worth a lot!
