Back pain and trigger point question -

Last night it felt like someone was stabbing knives in several of the trigger points in my back. What a terrible night's sleep!!! Any idea on this one??? I have got to sleep tonight!!

Get thee to a chiropractor! Also hot baths in epsom salts. Do you take magnesium? I take Cal-Mag by "Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality" - I used to take just magnesium by him called "Calm" but I was getting leg cramps from lack of calcium. Anyway - the point I was trying to make was that magnesium can help relax muscles.
