the CALENDAR and titles under posters name?

How do I get my birthday on the calendar? and Why or how is it that I'm a visitor and not a work bee or hive watcher or whatever? Is it b/c I don't visit often. I get the rep. thing. Just wondering about these other things.
I don't get here as often as I did before, sigh. I do still enjoy tha talks, though.

The titles are ranks granted (automatically via website software) due to number of posts.

So, eventually I might become a drone or something?

What about the calendar section? I don't have to have my b-day there. Just wondering how they get there.

Filling out the questions in your profile puts them there, I believe. And I'm not laughing, honest. You would know if I were, I'm kind of obvious about it ;)

Yup. You need to go to the top of any page, click on User Control Panel, then click on Edit Profile. Your birthday needs to be filled in, then you need to select one of the "display" options under your birthdate. If you select "Hide", then it won't show in the calendar. If you choose "Show just day and month", or "Show entire birth date" (or words to that effect), your name will show up in the birthday calendar.
