What can I do with this bone-in turket breast?

This is our freebie from the holidays, and it really needs to get eaten. None of us likes plain roast turkey all that much. What else is there?

I like baking it in an oven with a garlic herb marinade.

You can substitute turkey for chicken in almost any recipe. We've enjoyed green chile enchilada casserole made w/ turkey instead of chicken.

Soup is always good - add in plenty of great veggies and perhaps some barley or rice!
