tablets!

I'd love *one* but two would be okay. It seems if I find one that's a one a day, it's got all manner of junk in it. (Aspartame, etc..)

I've got it! I mean IT! Really! I spent over an hour going through every available children's vitamin in Vitacost a few weeks ago, comparing the nutritional value "per serving", noting serving sizes and cost. I found Greens Today Children's formula. It has its own website listed. www.organicfrog.com

My kids are loving these things. Under 12 takes 1 lilypad (chewable tablet) and over takes 1. I'm giving my 2 year old half a tablet and giving her leftover half-tab to my 10.5 yo.

It's sweetened with cherry juice powder, broccoli powder, tangerine bioflavanoids, orange juice, fructoce, pineapple juice powder, stevia extract, natural honey, oat bran concentrate, fos (what is that?) natural vanilla, and kale powder.

Come on, that sounds healthy, doesn't it?

The great thing is - my kids love it. The last ones (star something or others,) listed almost as high as these nutritionally but my boys just didn't care for it. I didn't give them a choice, they ate them anyway. But these really are good.

We use Kid Natural . . .my ds is pretty picky about how his vitamins taste, and hasn't had any complaints about these. I typically order them from the Vitaminshoppe, but found another site this morning that has the larger size at a really good price.

Vegan kids are a good one. You need to add some calcium and mag, but there are good ones out there. My kids will take almost any cal/mag out there.

Carlson makes one called bunny something or other. My current 4 yo won't take it, but I like the ingredients. It needs cal/mag, too, but I've yet to find a kids' vite that didn't.

Is the child able to swallow pills? I get my kids to swallow vites as soon as possible and switch them. My 12 yo gets to choose between the kids swallow vites or mine.

We use Animal parade, they are a "whole foods" vitamin.

I used the buy them at the Health food store, but now order them online and save almost 50% on them.

2 per serving.

We use these. Costco has them but also Whole Foods and other health food chains.

Animal parade. They taste really good too, since they are made from real, whole foods. DD age 2 takes 1 and DS age 4 takes 2.

I think you can find them at any health food store like Whole Foods.

We also use Nature's Plus Animal Parade (http://www.vitacost.com/Natures-Plus-Animal-Parade-Chewables).

No artifical anything. No preservatives. Allergen free. *thumbs up*
