Would getting the iTrader patch help?

I was just reading the rep FAq and I was wondering if the iTrader patch would help. It gives you a place to rate your experience and to leave feedback.

iTrader is just one of the options we are looking at. Our IT department--ok, our IT GUY--has a full-time day job, so upgrades, features and enhancements to the forums are slow in coming. We have lots of fun things on the wish list. We just ask everyone for patience until we get to them.
