We're near Toronto, Ontario and there is a Playmobil clearance outlet near the Playmobil Canada Head Office. I've never been, but I hear it's all in perfect shape, just dented boxes, so prices are reduced. You might want to search for something similar in your area. Also, I've found Craigslist sometimes has good listings. Ebay is never much help -- the prices aren't much cheaper. It seems that Playmobil is cheaper in Canada than the US, so maybe checkout Canadian listings on ebay.ca? Just some rambling Playmobil thoughts! :) We're big fans of it. Good luck!
