I'm pretty sure this is the edition recommended in TWEM. Ds (16) and I are both enjoying it. I started it last summer, and ds asked if he could borrow my copy. I think we will continue reading it this summer. Dd (14) will also join us in reading it this summer.

My husband read the whole book and loved it, he was LOL all through it. I've read parts to myself and the kids and it seems like a good translation.

Edith Grossman's new translation. I haven't read any of the other translations but I am enjoying this one.

I just read Don Quixote this past fall...I actually really enjoyed it. I'm working my way slowly through the WEM fiction list. I used the newer translation by Edith Grossman. I picked it because it was reviewed as being "highly readable". I did find it very easy to read.
