Gosh, I haven't read them since college! Where did you get copies?? (Did you get copies?) I would love to read those again. I enjoyed them, but let's face it, I was 19. So I don't know if they were incredibly well-written or anything. I don't remember a whole lot of plot points, but if you're asking about how clean they are, I'm sure there is some off-color humor in there. They were about the same as the TV shows in that respect, I think.

I've read Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers and BTL. IIRC there's a brothel scene in the beginning of Infinity. Standard Brit reference to sheep, wink, wink. I think Rimmer's droid (I seem to recall the brothel being stocked by custom droids) malfunctioning and almost removing his member, though it was mentioned after the fact (perhaps he complained to the manager?)... nothing graphic.
They were very funny; I still have them, meaning to re-read them someday. Are there more? I should check... I can hardly wait until the girls are old enough to enjoy the show.
