Can anyone compare Math-U-See geometry with Teaching Textbooks geometry? I was looking online at Math-U-See and it seems like it would be easier then the Teaching Textbooks. Since dd is having a lot of health issues right now I'm really looking for the easiest geometry for her to learn and the easiest for me to teach.

We've used both. DD used TT mostly on her own. I did grade tests and sometimes had trouble grading the proofs.
This year my other DD is using MUS. We are watchig the DVD together, then reading through the lesson in the Instruction Guide together, then working through page A together.
I like MUS better than TT. Mostly because I have a chance to review and relearn myself probably. Another reason I like MUS is because it seems to build more gradually laying a VERY solid foundation before adding more information. The first chapter of TT moved slowly, but the rest of the book seemed to move very quickly.
You'll probably get different opinions, but I like MUS better than TT.

We just switched over to TT Geometry a few weeks ago. We're on chapter 4 now. I haven't used MUS Geometry but I've had the chance to see it and see students use it in a coop class.
The reason why I chose TT over MUS when we had to move from Jacobs and needed an easy to implement geometry program with lectures was because of the proofs. There is more of an overt emphasis on theorems, logic, proofs and the like in TT. MUS has proofs in its honors section that is now part of the student text, but in TT they are integrated in the entire program. My impression is that MUS seemed easier, but not having done it myself, that might not be a fair statement.
With TT, I do sometimes have problems grading the proofs as the pp mentioned. Dd doesn't use the lectures unless she gets something wrong. I wish she would but it's her prefered learning style to just read through things. When she still has a problem I have the solution CD as a last resort, and we've hardly had to rely on that. TT is great for us because I have another child with a recently diagnosed medical issue and we will be facing surgery in a couple of months. I'm glad I had an alternative to Jacobs'; it would have sucked up too much of my time.
Hope that helps.

If you are looking for something easy for her to learn and easy for you to teach, I'd say go with the Math U See Geometry. I just bought the course and it seems much more gentle than TT. We also attempted TT with my older ds, but he just did not get the proofs, and basically TT is so proof intensive. Math U See doesn't ignore proofs, but it seems like it includes more types of geometry before easing into proofs later on in the course.
