Chalkdust SAT Math - How does one use this?

I purchased Chalkdust SAT Math used and I'm not sure how to use it, there seem to be no instructions. Any tips or links to tips and/or instructions.

one is supposed to take about six weeks to do this in lieu of your usual math in the weeks leading up to the test. That was a poor sentence!

My dd used the DVDs over the summer, prepping for the SAT. We bought the kit with the test prep book, too, but ended up not doing any of the practice tests...but I had dd read over the tips & tricks in the prep book before sitting the exam this past Saturday. She had taken a free SAT practice test before, and said that she felt the Chalkdust practice did help her think her way thru the test better and (she hopes) should improve her score, along with realizing she was NOT supposed to guess unless she already had a pretty good idea.

My daughter went through the DVDs in addition to the math she was then studying. She basically watched a DVD and stopped it to work problems from time to time. I'd also recommend having your child do practice tests during or after watching the DVDs. My daughter found the series to be helpful. As I recall, there are 14 hours of materials on the DVDs. I would recommend allotting ample time for going through them all.
