Just want to say thank you to all those who helped with the math/tech question...

I panic a few times every year, but I've panicked much more frequently the last six months as our youngest starts high school. My patient husband listened while I talked for two hours, explaining my worries and all your input, and then we discussed plans. I'm feeling a bit better. It was one of those situations where the original worry (should we switch math programs) really was more complicated but I hadn't figured that out yet. The original long post should have been a clue, I guess. Anyway, thank you very much, all, for helping me define the problem.
