How do you put a quote or post or something at the top (where the posts go) and make it stay there? Did that make sense? Like a permanently placed post, I guess.

Thanks.

I'm not sure about doing it as a permanent post..........but I did it as part of my header or "title" underneath my main title there is an option for additional verbage

Try this link. I have found this site to be very helpful, and I am severly technologically challenged.;)

Here is how I did it. You have to alter your template but that isn't as scary as it sounds...

I don't know if this will answer your ?

Go to your side bar and "add a new page element" (whatever you want to add to the middle) then drag The page element box to the middle under your header and a dotted line space will appear for you to put it there.... after you drag it and put it in that area go over to the upper right hand area and click save....or it won't stay....:001_smile:

Hope I was helpful....not confusing!

DUH! :banghead: I didn't even think about trying that... it worked of course! :hurray:

Thanks also for the website. It's awesome! I've been using Blogger for Dummies and I find it a bit confusing at times.
