that College Board and the AP folks especially have always been very helpful whenever I had a question. I've called many times -- regarding the audit process, reporting of grades, AP awards -- and I've always been able to reach a person (that alone is something these days!) who has been very friendly and immediately helpful.
My experience so far anyway. Having just got off the phone once again, thought I'd make clear some of the *love* part of my relationship. :D
