I was training at the studio and there was a film crew there. That's not unusual because real fighters get filmed all the time. Anyway, one of the men is on a the SpikeTV show, the Ultimate Fighter Championship. So he was being filmed and interviewed by a college students creating an MMA pilot show.

They filmed yours truly as well. Only I didn't know it because I was busy exercising wildly, in the vain pursuit of getting into a smaller size. When I was done, they asked for my permission to use footage in their show. I was slightly appalled and flattered at the same time. I agreed, only after I saw that the footage didn't make me look extra fat or catch me doing something embarassing like pulling underwear out of my crack.

I will say that I almost didn't recognize myself and was disappointed that my punching was sooooooo sloooooowwww. I swear I looked I was in slow motion. I swear I was punching and kicking as fast as I could. Oh well.:lol:

I'm laughing at the slow motion. My dh saw footage of me in a Judo match and suggested the background music be Chariots of Fire because it looke like we were in slow motion.
