I wander if I should take him somewhere without so many people as he seems to have no flight instinct toward humans.

Very cute little squirrel and kids. :) I don't know which is the best way to release him.... Is there a nature / rescue place that you can call? Normally I don't care about squirrels but when you get to see them as babies, you forget the damage and trouble that they can cause as adults. ;)

We also found out Alvin is Alice. LOL. I have to laugh thinking about how many times my poor father chased the squirrels off his feeders to see us rescue one. What can I say, I think all animals are cute.:thumbup:

I'm glad that Alvin, um.. Alice, is now at a good new home. Are they letting her grow more before releasing her or is she already on her own?

The lady said she shouldn't have been out of the nest before May so either she got blown out of her nest or her Mommy was killed. We think she came to our garage because she heard the guinea pigs.

She said she is dehydrated and, even though she ate pecans, she would still be nursing for her main hydration. I hope she gets OK.

She lived way out in the woods and will let her loose as soon as she is able to live on her own.
