I think what you may need is a MP3 to MIDI converter that will turn your MP3 music files into a MIDI file. You should then be able to open them with your Midi Sheet Music program.

If you google (is it lowercase if I use it as a verb?) "mp3 to midi converter," you'll get a couple of pages of packages and reviews.
