So, if a college admissions requires 3 college-prep math courses, does that EXCLUDE business or consumer math?

I believe so - they probably want to see at least the standard Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. For the best information you will need to ask. Most college admissions counselors are approachable and helpful. If you find out, please post!
