My DD, age 10, is self taught in English. She can read and write at a high school level. She is currently taking CTY's Process of Writing geared for 11th graders.
My question is grammar, punctuation etc. She should improve on that. Is there an online program that is fun to do that could reinforce grammar rules?

If you're looking for online I assume she likes audio/visual learning? I like the looks of Cozy Grammar (http://www.splashesfromtheriver.com/) DVD's which cover only grammar and are very clear and straight forward. The teacher seems a bit quirky, but I kind of like that.
Here's the TOC of the Basic level which I typed from the video sample:
Kinds of Sentences
Subject & Predicate
Main Subject
Main Predicate
Order in Sentences
Nouns
Pronouns

Auxiliary Verbs

Transitive Verbs
Intransitive Verbs
Copula Verbs

Comparing Adjectives
Adverbs
Kinds of Adverbs
Comparing Adverbs
Prepositions

Adverb Phrases
Misplaced Phrases
Conjunctions
Principle Clauses
Subordinate Clauses
Compound Sentences
Complex Sentences
Interjections
Conjugation of Verbs
Common Errors
I also like Daily Grams for quick, 5 minute review of basic grammar and punctuation rules.

Thanks for typing this all up. I will at Cozy Grammar. 5 minutes at a time with daily grams.. I never thought of spending that little time. It's a great idea.

Analytical Grammar is more intense, but I feel the child will fully understand all grammar rules and usage when it's complete.
This program is divided into 3 parts. A student could complete it all in one year or spread the parts out into 2 or 3 years. Either way, the child is immersed in grammar.
DS 10 is in the second portion of the program and I am pleased with the knowledge he acquired.

Here's another current thread about "fun" grammar programs (http://www.welltrainedmind.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132146). :)
Michael Clay Thompson products are mentioned in this thread and are geared towards "gifted" children.
Since you asked for online products, here are two computer based Grammar programs. The Grammar Key is recommended in the above thread.
