I am thrilled. Our new ST/OT clinic is just amazing. The SLP there teaches the LiPS and Barton programs!! (Remember my thread about my 'old' SLP not liking or using those programs?)
She is going to begin with the LiPS because of the boys' phonol. assessment and work up to Barton. We will be going once a week for 45 mins each of ST and OT since we live 1 1/2 hours away, instead of twice a week. ST will focus on language and reading.
The OT was awesome! The boys worked hard, and I just KNEW it was the place we need to be. I feel for the first time that I really have the help and support we need to get my sons on track.
What an answer to prayer! I wanted to share with all of you since you've listened to me whine so much. :)
