My DD has completed Saxon Alg I , Alg II, half of Advanced Math (she hated it), now doing TT geometry. I don't know what math she should do for 12th grade. Any suggestions?

I'm concerned that she has forgotten most of the more advanced algebra to go into precalculus. Her career interest--- to work with hearing impaired children.....speech therapy, I guess. I'm not even sure what major she'll have to do in college.

Open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Does she *need* more advanced math? With her two algebras and geometry done, she can be considered finished with high school math. Since it doesn't appear she is headed into a math-intensive area, she could conceivably focus on other areas. Have you considered having her take a cc course in signing, for instance? My dd considered deaf studies at one point, and I don't remember it being math-intensive. I would check the course requirements of some of the colleges she may be interested in attending. hth.
