Can RS Card Games be used with other programs?

I was wondering if RS games can be used with other math programs like BJU or Rod and Staff? My dd7 is okay with doing math but I want her to really know he facts and I am not about to start with flash cards.... been there done that!!!! (too many tears- more from me then her):confused: However I would like a book or set that breaks down the types of math problems to work on.... so if she starts to have issues with ... say multiplying by 6's then I can break out the book and check out the games for that. (I could also use this help:D). Would RS games be what I am looking for? I love the little fraction chart that is included in the kit.... Is is smarter to just get the Kit- it looks cheaper?

Yes, I read this last night in the RS game book also it is stated on their site that you can.
