How to Hyper-Link?

At least I think that's what it's called. For example, you click on the word "here" and "here" is a lovely blue color. You click on it and it takes you to a web address. How does one do that? My signature currently has a long, drawn out link to my blog. I'd love to fill it in with the words "Urban Mom," as that is really the name of it.

Type your link. Highlight it, then click on the icon that looks like a globe. A dialogue box will open up - type or cut and paste the URL, and click OK. If you paste the UPL, be sure to delete the http://, because that already appears in the dialogue box.
