OK here is a geography/history question for all the hive minded residents.
Where can you go in the United States and still hear the residents speak in the accent of Devonshire England?
I will check in about once an hour or so to see if anyone has gotten the answer, I will post additional clues if needed.

It was kind of cheating for me. I grew up in Virginia and have lived here my whole life. I've never been to Tangier but have always wanted to.
