WTB: MFW CtG Teacher's Manual &/or IEW Ancient History

Hello,
Does anyone have the Teacher's Manual for Creation to the Greeks for sale?

What about IEW Ancient History based writing lessons (at least this would save me the time of finding these myself ... I think.)

Shipment would be to US and I can pay with paypal.

I'm not having as much planning time as I had hoped this year. Currently, I'm teaching my 6th and 8th grader World History using Streams of Civ as a base & supplementing with literature, etc. I am also integrating IEW with this.

However, thanks to the great threads on this site, I see that MFW has a program with the lessons plans for this time period. I checked their site and sample, so am interested in buying the teacher's manual.

The reason that I am only looking for the Teacher's Manual is that I already have several of the books. However, I would be willing to buy a set if the price warranted it. I can purchase all the books I'm lacking at Amazon for about $80 and I can get the Teacher's Manual new for $100, so it would not make sense for me to spend more than $180.

I hope this makes sense.
