CW Homer, Writing Strands 3 & 4

I have CW Homer A available. It includes the CW Homer Core Book, Instructor's Guide, and Student Workbook. There is some highlighting and writing (most of it is in the first few lessons) of the core book. There is some minor writing and highlighting in the instructor's guide as well. A few of the lessons in the in the student's workbook were completed in pencil and were erased completely. This is everything you need to get started with CW Homer A. I'd like $30 ppd for the set.
