EBAY ?- Would you feel comfortable with this?

I have only ordered some books on ebay, but I need Windows XP. I had a previous post about Parallel for Mac and a new Windows is about $200. Would you feel comfortable buying software on ebay from someone with a good rating?

For an expensive item like that, I would but only if they had a nearly 100% rating and well over 100 transactions.
