How many science labs do you do per year? We are trying to do one per week which will end up being about 36 per year (this year is physics). What do you do? I am wondering if this is too little, too much or just right?

Thanks,

Barb

We used the MicroChem Kit (http://www.hometrainingtools.com/product.asp?pn=KT-MICCHEM&bhcd2=1253903194) as the lab for my daughter's at home Chemistry class. It contains 17 labs.

Anyone know if ther is some sort of "standard" of how many labs you need to have in order to say "with lab" next to the science class on the transcript?

For AP Biology there are 12 recommended labs. You can look at the AP Central website to find what they recommend for physics.

OH my! I guess I shouldn't think that 36 is too little then! Only 12 for Ap seems kind of low!?
