RE: Winter Promise

Has anyone used this for the middle years? I currently use Sonlight, but I think from what I gather from the web site is has more activites and less reading, which would be great for my hands on learners. I am just wondering if it is enough for middle schoolers? I am speaking to just the history portion.

We tried this in the fall and I did not like it at all. Needless to say we shelved it!
Of course, everyone likes something different. See if you can find a sample schedule.

There was plenty fof work or middle school. It just didn't work for us.

Which one did you try and what did you dislike? I am using Sonlight 5 right now, and I like it, but I think we need more hands on.

Any thought of selling it?
