Official PSAT Prep with Actual Answer Sheets?

My son took a SAT II exam last fall and you great gals reminded me to get the "official" prep book so he could practice filling in his info (name/addess/etc) BEFORE the test even started. He said that it really helped him to know ahead of time what the forms looked like. Confidence boost and all that!

PSAT in a couple of weeks. Is there an official copy of the name/address/info section of the test as well as official bubble section etc. So he's in a familiar place when it comes to taking the test. I want the format in his practice session to mimic the actual test.

The guidance counselor at the local high school had them available. I don't think they had them when I registered and paid, but we did have one at least a week before the test.
