The show will be here next month but the tickets are CRAZY expensive. $50-$90 a piece. They have a great website. Just wondering if anyone has gone.

We've got tickets for April! In Houston, they're having a hs day where all tickets are $18.50, maybe they'll do the same in Boston?

I have tickets for my dd7 and ds5. Our tickets were about $35 each, the best seats were $56. I opted for cheaper ones this time. Dd is a huge dinosaur fan! We also have the whole bbc walking with dinosaurs dvd and she will watch all 6 hours at once if I let her!
As for is the live version any good? I hope so (fingers crossed). It has already toured in Australia so maybe there are reviews of it on the web...

Okay, I didn't notice that you are from NH. our tickets are at the Verizon in Manchester...If that makes any difference to you..I just don't like driving all the way to Boston. For us, it takes 2 1/2 hours so Manchester is much more doable!

I just bought my tickets for the Verizon too. Sunday 1PM. I went middle of the road and bought the 45 dollar tickets. We have been to the Monarchs games and my son gets scared sitting on the upper level. Do you belong to any homeschool groups in the area?
I am going to check you tube for the videos. I hadn't heard of the show until yesterday. I need to get out more.

We are near the Monadnock region and get together with the Monadnock area homeschoolers...usually just a park day in Peterborough...well, once its warm! Thursday afternoons I get to chat with other hs moms! Around this area there a few hs groups, there is one in Weare, and in Hillsboro...but the Hillsboro one isn't very active.
I only heard of this show because I am on Ticketmaster's email list!

A homeschool group in CT is getting tix for $25 for the Amherst, MA show...I think that was the price for a group of 10 or more. You might want to call and try to get a group together. Where are you located in NH? I grew up in Walpole and my parents also lived in Jaffrey for a short time.

We went in December. It was entertaining and educational, but a bit short, IMO. An hour and a half (with a 20 minute intermission). What they had was good, but for the price, I expected 2 full hours of dinosaurs. When it ended, my kids were like,'that was great, when's the next part', but it was over!

I have a 5 (just turned)year old and it may be the perfect length. I am not bringing the 2 and 9 year old. It is just too expensive. We have been going to the Capital Center for the Arts and they have a "school series". Their shows are 45 minutes long and he struggles to watch that. He is my dinosaur lover.
I have been getting together with the group in Wilton. We have a local group but it is not my cup of tea and is very small.
Oh, I asked to see if they had a homeschool rate. Someone else suggested from another state. They didn't have one. I should have thought of the group rate. oh, well. maybe next time.
