We are doing our traditional corned beef and cabbage! I use carrots and parsnips and turnips too...no potato anymore, but it still tastes great....although I like it better the next day as corned beef hash.

We've done corned beef and cabbage (with carrots, potatoes and parsnips) in past years. It's always a very fun meal. :)
I'm not sure what we'll be doing this year -- I'm looking for a vegetarian (but ds-friendly) alternative and I haven't decided yet...

I'm not sure how traditional this is but I'm trying to use stuff we had in the freezer instead of buying anything...
Sausages (but we'll call them bangers)
Champ (from what I can tell from online recipes mashed potatoes with green onions/scallions mixed in)
Peas or something else green.

Always Corn Beef and Cabbage... yum. I may even splurge (carb wise) and make potatoes as well.
